Brian Rogers has extensive experience in finance and maritime operations, currently serving as the Head of Finance for the Great Lakes Pilots Division at the U.S. Coast Guard since July 2018. Prior to this role, Brian worked as a Financial Analyst at the Maritime Administration from December 2016 to July 2018, and as a Vessels/Product Utilization Manager for the United States Department of Defense from February 2013 to December 2016. Additionally, Brian held the position of DOD Tanker Specialist from January 2011 to December 2012. Brian Rogers earned a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation from the State University of New York Maritime College, completing studies between 1998 and 2003, and graduated from Albertus Magnus High School in 1998.
