Billy Hogge has extensive experience in leadership roles within the U.S. Coast Guard since July 2009, serving as MWR Director, Athletic Director, and Recreation Specialist. Prior to this, Billy held the position of Management Trainee at Ferguson Enterprises from August 2006 to August 2008. Academically, Billy earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from James Madison University and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Columbia Southern University.
