Milind Pant currently serves as the CEO of Amway, a role focused on empowering entrepreneurs and promoting healthier living through a culture of lifelong learning and leadership. In addition to this position, Milind Pant holds board memberships at the US-China Business Council and serves as Vice Chair for the US India Business Council. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Yum! Brands, where Milind Pant was President of Pizza Hut International and held multiple executive positions across various regions. Earlier in the career, Milind Pant worked at Unilever, progressing from a Business Leadership Trainee to Vice President. Milind Pant holds a Master's degree in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and an MMS in Management from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
