Tanesha Willis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and instructional design, currently serving as a Senior Training Writer at the U.S. Census Bureau since October 2009. Leveraging the ADDIE model, Tanesha has designed and developed training materials and courses for various surveys, including the American Housing Survey and National Ambulatory Medical Care Surveys. Prior roles include Director of the Center for Professional Development at Howard University School of Business, where Tanesha developed professional training programs for students, and Instructional Systems Designer at Tek Systems, focusing on blended learning programs. Tanesha holds a BBA in International Business/Marketing from Howard University, an MAE in Curriculum & Instruction Adult Supervision from the University of Phoenix, and an MS in Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business.
