Paul D. Mason, MBL, has over two decades of experience in various roles within the telecommunications industry, primarily at UScellular since May 2001. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Access Deployment, Paul leads a high-performing team of Engineering Project Managers for nationwide Engineering and Enterprise Network projects. Previous roles at UScellular include Lead System Engineer, Senior System Engineer, and Senior Network Engineer, emphasizing a strong foundation in radio access networks and systems engineering. Paul also gained experience as an Adjunct Professor at William Penn University and held positions as Deputy Sheriff and Emergency Dispatcher in Poweshiek County. Paul holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, as well as a Bachelor's degree in the same field, both from William Penn University.
