Keith Janofski is currently working as a Senior Customer Success Manager at U.S. CAD, An ARKANCE Company. In their previous roles at KPA and ARC Document Solutions, Keith served as a Client Success Manager and Senior Customer Success Manager, respectively. With experience in managing key client stakeholders, leading teams, and providing consultation on product utilization, Keith has a strong background in customer success management. Prior to their roles in the tech industry, Keith worked in roles such as Discovery Clerk at the Office of the District Attorney and Counselor II at Roundup Fellowship. Keith holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English from Hope College.
