Xiaolin Li is an experienced financial crimes compliance professional currently serving as AVP of Financial Crimes Compliance Quality Assurance at U.S. Bank since August 2021. In this role, Xiaolin designs and executes control-based testing to ensure compliance with financial crimes regulations and effectively communicates control weaknesses to Business Line Risk Management. Previously, Xiaolin held the position of AVP for AML Quality Assurance/Quality Control at Apple Bank, overseeing QA initiatives in financial crime investigations and enhancing QA testing plans. Xiaolin also served as a Compliance Associate at the Bank of China New York Branch, managing SAR quality control and conducting BSA/AML risk assessments. Xiaolin holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts in English and International Studies from China Foreign Affairs University.
