Mahesh Kharkar is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in commercial banking and relationship management. Currently serving as the Northern California Market President for Commercial Banking at U.S. Bank since August 2018, Mahesh has previously held the position of Market Manager at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from December 2012 to July 2018. Prior to that, Mahesh accumulated a wealth of experience at Wells Fargo from 1998 to 2012, advancing through roles including Senior Vice President and Regional Manager, Senior Vice President and National Sales Manager, and Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager. Mahesh began a career in banking at Bank of America from 1993 to 1998, serving as Vice President in various capacities focused on relationship and credit products management. Mahesh holds a degree in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley.
