Kevin McLaughlin has extensive work experience in various roles in the sales and management field. Kevin is currently employed as the Region Sales Director at U.S. AutoForce since 2023. Before that, they worked at Max Finkelstein Inc. for many years, holding positions such as Region Sales Manager Consumer and Commercial, Commercial Sales Manager, and Commercial Development Manager. Prior to that, they served as the Center Manager at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and as the Customer Relations Manager at PulteGroup. Their early career includes a role as a Public Relations and Marketing Specialist at Penn's Landing Corporation.

Kevin McLaughlin attended Monsignor Bonner High School from 1997 to 2001. Then, from 2001 to 2005, they attended Temple University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Relations and Advertising.
