Andrew Zhao is a proficient Test Officer and Software Engineer currently working with the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) since September 2021. Previously, Andrew served at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) from June 2015 to September 2021, progressing from Software Engineer to CSIL Lead Software Engineer, while also participating as a Pathways Intern. Andrew's experience includes supporting mission capabilities in Satellite Communications, Systems Engineering, and Avionics. Additionally, Andrew worked as a Junior Programmer at Aviation Systems Engineering Company in 2014, focusing on software development for the Naval P8 - Poseidon Aircraft. Andrew Zhao holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (2013-2017), along with a diploma in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Forrest Career and Technology Center (2011-2013).
