Rob Herndon is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership, program analysis, and education. Currently serving as a senior program analyst for the HC-130 program at the United States Air Force, Rob leverages extensive pilot experience to address operational requirements. Prior to this role, Rob held the position of President at The Entrepreneurial Learning Initiative, overseeing strategy development, financial management, and product development while fostering partnerships to promote entrepreneurial mindset education. Rob's earlier roles include Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at the same organization, as well as a high school math teacher, and positions within the United States Air Force, where responsibilities ranged from commander roles in AFROTC to systems engineering. Rob holds a B.S. in Astronautical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and an M.S. in Systems Management from Notre Dame de Namur University.
