Jonathan Cotto is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in public affairs and journalism. Currently serving as a Public Affairs Specialist in the United States Air Force since November 2023, Jonathan previously worked as a News Reporter and Anchor for KSAT from January 2021 to November 2023. Prior to that, Jonathan held roles as a News Anchor and Bilingual Multi-Media Journalist at Entravision Communications from June 2019 to December 2020, and as a Writer for FOODBEAST in early 2016. Jonathan's journalism career began with writing for The University Times at Cal State LA in mid-2015. With a background in the US Navy as a Petty Officer Second Class from June 2005 to February 2013, Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film, Media & Broadcast Journalism from California State University, Los Angeles, and is pursuing further education at the Defense Information School. Additionally, Jonathan has an Associate of Arts degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
