Warren Ejy has a diverse professional background encompassing logistics, pastry arts, and military service. Currently employed at U Logistique since June 2022 as a logistics employee, Warren previously served as a warehouseman at Kawneer Company, Inc., where responsibilities included order preparation. Warren's experience in the culinary field includes roles as head pastry chef at Boulangeries PAUL, manager and head pastry chef at Thobor's bakery, and pastry chef at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Toronto. Warren began the culinary journey as an apprentice pastry chef at Thobor's bakery and also served as a territorial gendarme with the Gendarmerie Nationale, focusing on public safety and security. Educational qualifications include a CAP in pastry from Rabelais and a military diploma from École de Gendarmerie Tulle.
