Nicolas Vagnerre Flores has extensive experience in maintenance management within the industrial sector, currently serving as Responsable maintenance at U Logistique since February 2022. Prior to this role, Nicolas held the position of Responsable maintenance and technicien méthode maintenance at Groupe CÉMOI from September 2018 to February 2022. Nicolas's career began at UIOM Chavanod (SILA), where from November 2007 to September 2018, responsibilities included Chef de secteur méthode maintenance et logistique and Conducteur d’installations / Chef de Quart, overseeing operations in a waste incineration facility. Key accomplishments include the development and administration of maintenance management systems, technical documentation, and the management of preventive maintenance and regulatory controls. Nicolas holds a Licence in Technologies / techniciens de la production industrielle from lUT de Roanne, completed in 2006.
