Gildas Faisnel has extensive experience in human resources and logistics management, currently serving as Directeur des Ressources Humaines at U Logistique since April 2016, where previous roles included Directeur des Ressources Humaines adjoint and Directeur de site logistique. Prior to joining U Logistique, Gildas worked at SYSTEME U from September 2001 to March 2016, holding positions such as Directeur de site logistique and Responsable Ressources Humaines for logistics sites. Gildas began a career in human resources at Carrefour from February 1998 to August 2001 as Responsable Ressources Humaines for a hypermarché and previously worked at Groupe Lactalis from April 1996 to February 1998 as Gestionnaire Ressources Humaines for a production site. Gildas holds a D.E.S.S. in Gestion des ressources humaines from IGR-IAE Rennes, earned between 1993 and 1994.
