Benoit Soson has extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management, currently serving as Directeur de site and previously holding positions such as Directeur exploitation and Responsable exploitation logistique at U Logistique since January 2018. Key accomplishments include leading a summer warehouse mission in 2019 with approximately 400 personnel, overseeing significant project modifications that resulted in over 2 million euros in savings, and initiating a new frozen warehouse with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) installation.
