Roman Polishchuk has a diverse work experience, starting with their position as FLEX Alumni Coordinator in Western Ukraine at American Councils for International Education from July 2015 to May 2017. Roman then founded the New Generation charity store in May 2017 and served as its Founder until December 2017. Roman also worked as Assistant to the Member of Parliament at the Parliament of Canada from September 2017 to December 2017. Following that, they held the role of Head Of Business Development at Quintagroup from December 2017 to January 2020. Roman then became VP Business Development at HebronSoft from January 2020 to April 2020. Roman later worked as a Business Development Manager at JetSoftPro from May 2020 to August 2020. Roman also worked as Head Of Sales at Join it from November 2021 to September 2022. Currently, they are the Founder and CEO of ValueSpot since January 2021 and also serves as the Co-Founder and COO of U-Hertz starting from August 2022. Additionally, Roman has been a member of Rotary International since January 2020.
Roman Polishchuk began their education in 2012 when they participated in the Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) Program. Roman then attended the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations. In 2019, Roman enrolled in the Pre-Development Program at UCU Business School (LvBS). In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Consulting Skills certificate from Techniques for Change in May 2019 and a PRINCE2â„¢ Foundation Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice in January 2019.
