Randy Giovannelli currently serves as a Total Loss Expeditor specializing in Damage Appraisal at U-Haul International, Inc. since August 2020, focusing on virtual damage appraisal for various U-Haul vehicles using CCC Software. In addition, Randy has been working as an Auto Damage Appraiser for Best Claims and QA Claims since December 2018, operating as an independent contractor and holding an Arizona Adjuster License. Prior experience includes roles at MVP (Most Valuable Personnel) from September 2000 to August 2018, where responsibilities encompassed HR Business Partner, Branch Manager, and Sales, alongside extensive experience in compliance, recruitment, and office management. From July 1988 to September 2000, Randy developed technical expertise as an Estimator and Auto Body Technician at Douglas Auto Body and Lawrence Cadillac, acquiring certifications in ASE and I-CAR along with comprehensive experience in customer service, negotiations, and auto body repair.
