Paola Reina is an experienced People Manager at u-blox, with a career spanning over two decades in various administrative and human resources roles. At u-blox Italy since March 2009, Paola oversees all People-related matters and has previously led HR functions such as recruitment, compensation, performance reviews, and training. Prior to u-blox, Paola worked at Neonseven and Telit Cinterion, where notable roles included administrative support and executive assistance. Paola holds a Master's in Human Resources Management and a Master's in Art History, alongside ongoing coaching studies.
