Davida G. serves as the Vice President of People and Culture at Tyto Athene, LLC since October 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Jacobs from June 2017 to January 2021, Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Benefits Administrator at Harris Corporation, Talent Management Specialist at ITT Exelis, and Human Resources Business Partner at ITT. Initial experience began as a Human Resources Assistant at EDO Corporation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, a Certificate in Human Resources Management from George Mason University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
