Clark Paul has a vast amount of experience in the food industry, holding various management positions at Sara Lee Foods, Sara Lee Frozen Bakery, Holland American Wafer Co, and Archway Cookies, Inc. Their expertise includes cost savings, restructuring teams, implementing continuous improvement concepts, and maintaining quality assurance standards. Clark holds a Bachelor of Science in Foods Research & Nutrition, as well as a Masters of Science in Food Science from Michigan State University. Clark also has additional education from the American Institute of Baking.
