Rachel Dowling is currently the Head of Product at Tyro Schools, where Rachel engages, excites, and connects the entire school with Tyro, the next-gen student information system. Prior to their current role, Rachel held various positions at VSware, including Product Manager, Product Owner, Test Engineer, Support Team Lead, and Support Executive. Before that, Rachel worked as a Senior Retail Betting Assistant at Paddy Power and as a Workshop Technician at Camara Education Ltd. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Management from the Institute of Technology, Carlow in 2013.
