Haritz Garcia Oliden is a seasoned technology entrepreneur and engineer with extensive experience in software development and digital media. As the Founder and TV Division Head at Tyris Software since 2014, Haritz leads the Digital TV & OTT division. Additionally, Haritz founded Tyris AI in 2018 and previously established Takeafile, a peer-to-peer file sharing service, from 2016 to 2018. As a co-founder at Mybrana from 2012 to 2014, Haritz focused on creating a markerless augmented reality social platform. Previous roles include Software Engineer at STT Systems, where Haritz worked on low-cost motion capture prototypes, and a Researcher at VICOMTech in the Digital TV department. Haritz holds a Master's degree in Computational Engineering and Intelligent Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea.
