Mike Hewitt has a diverse work experience that spans over ten years. Mike is the founder of One Haus, a position they have held since December 2014. Additionally, they are currently working as an Onboarding & Recruitment Instructor at Typsy since September 2019. In the past, Mike has worked as a Co-Host for the Recruit.Retain.Relax Radio Show at Heritage Radio Network from October 2017 onwards. Mike also founded Farm To Turntable in September 2016. Prior to that, they were the Chief Recruiting Officer at The Chef Agency from October 2012 to January 2015. Mike has also served as the Human Resources Director at Ginza Project OOO from June 2012 to February 2013. Their previous roles include General Manager at FIG & OLIVE, Managing Partner at Mercat Negre, Director of Operations at Blum Enterprises, and Restaurant General Manager at CORE: club.

Mike Hewitt completed their education starting in 1993 and ending in 2003. From 1993 to 1997, they attended Lehigh University, where they received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Political Science. Their field of study at Lehigh University was Business Administration and Management, General. Following this, from 2001 to 2003, Mike attended EHL (Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne), where they obtained a degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management, known as OPS. In addition to their education, Mike obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in April 2021.
