Ned Young is a seasoned audio digital signal processing (DSP) expert with extensive experience in developing and optimizing audio algorithms and firmware. Currently serving as Principal Advisor for Audio DSP at Tymphany since September 2018, Ned previously held the position of Principal DSP Engineer at HARMAN International, where responsibilities included developing audio algorithms and DSP firmware for pro-audio products. Prior roles include R&D Manager at Formosa Audiomate, leading a multidisciplinary team in Class-D audio amplifier development, and Embedded Software Engineer at TrigAudio, focusing on audio effect algorithms. Ned holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Communication Systems, as well as a Bachelor's degree in the same field, both obtained from Chang Gung University.
