Paul Day is an experienced IT professional with a background in software support and systems analysis. Currently serving as a Support Analyst and Team Lead at Tyler Technologies since October 2019, Paul previously held roles as a Sr. Software Support Specialist within the Tax and Appraisal Division from January 2016 to October 2019. Prior to that, Paul worked as a Systems Analyst I for the City of Dayton, providing software support for various departments, and as an IT Help Desk Analyst for Five Rivers MetroParks. Paul also has experience as a Seasonal Employee for the City of Dayton, contributing to the maintenance of a major public golf complex. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from West Virginia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Alderson Broaddus University.
