Laurin Marden is an experienced professional with a strong background in technical writing and communications. Currently, as the Lead Technical Writer at Tyler Technologies since March 2012, Laurin develops help content for accounting applications utilized by school systems and municipalities nationwide, collaborating with a multi-state team. Previously, Laurin served as Communications Manager at UniFund, LLC from December 2003 to March 2012, and held the position of Director of Documentation and Training at Newpoint Technologies from 1995 to 2001. Laurin holds a Master's degree in International and Comparative Education and a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies, both obtained from American University between 1983 and 1990.
