Elise Thompson is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background spanning over 20 years. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Tyler Technologies since October 2024, previous roles include positions at Brinker International as a PeopleWorks/People and Culture Enthusiast, and at Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Regional Human Resources Leader. Elise has also held significant roles at CBRE, Aureon, EY, Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, BerylHealth, J-W Operating Company, and Merrill Corporation, gaining expertise in talent management, employee engagement, change management, and recruitment across multiple industries. Elise holds a BS in Marketing from Texas Woman's University and has completed studies at The University of Southern Mississippi and Vicksburg High School.
