Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Client Experience at Tyler Technologies since November 1992, CJ McCarron focuses on developing policies and procedures that enhance client satisfaction and empower technical support staff to deliver exceptional service. Prior to this role, CJ McCarron was the Technical Support Team Leader at MECA Software Inc., where responsibilities included team building, performance reviews, and training in customer service skills. CJ McCarron holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from the University of Maine, earned between 1986 and 1990.
