Mark Jeffrey began their work experience in 2014 as a General Assistant at SPAR UK, where they managed till points, stocked shelves, served customers, and processed deliveries. Mark received supervisor training during this role. In 2018, Mark joined NatWest as a Technology Solutions Graduate and later worked as a Research Analyst, Business Analyst, and Software Testing Specialist. As a Business Analyst, their main responsibility was working on communications for the Architecture Centre of Excellence. Mark also automated software testing scripts and gained knowledge in banking and enterprise administrative systems. Mark then transitioned to Tyl by NatWest in 2020, where they worked as an Operations Specialist and is currently a Service Analyst.
Mark Jeffrey obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in International Finance and Environmental Economics from Heriot-Watt University from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree (Honours) in BSc(Hons) Psychology with Interactive Entertainment from Glasgow Caledonian University between 2012 and 2016. Mark'shigh school education was completed at Caldervale Highschool from 2006 to 2012. Additionally, Mark has obtained the Entrepreneurial Development Academy certification in November 2018 and the ITIL 4 Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in May 2023. Mark has also achieved a proficiency level of EFSET 75 Proficient (CEFR C2) certification from EF Education First, although the month and year of obtaining this certification were not provided.
