Peter Cooling has extensive experience in tooling and engineering across multiple companies, currently serving as a Principal Tool Design Engineer at Johnson Controls since June 2018, where expertise in tooling and molding supports innovation and design processes. Prior to this, Peter worked at Tyco Fire Products as a Senior Tooling Engineer, managing significant tooling expenditures and product projects, and held roles at DePuy Synthes Companies of Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, and Merck Millipore focused on process improvement, manufacturing support, and project management. This diverse background demonstrates a strong capability in tooling design, engineering processes, and cross-functional project leadership.
