After graduating from the University of Tokyo Faculty of Economics, entered the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. After retiring from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in 2008, he managed a distribution company, a family business, and obtained an MBA from Columbia University. After working as a manager at McKinsey & Company, he joined UTEC in August 2014. In 2015, he supported the NEDO TCP Grand Prize and Excellence Award project and the 2016 Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry IoT Lab Selection Grand Prix project. He supported the top prize at the Entrepreneurship Challenge 2017.
