Claire Lang is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Group Human Resources Director at TXO since June 2022, Claire has previously held key positions including Director of People and Performance at Staffgroup UK & Europe, where responsibilities included defining and delivering the people agenda during significant organizational change. Earlier roles as Human Resources Lead at Sugarman Health & Wellbeing Ltd and Personnel Manager at Animals In Need contributed to a strong foundation in HR strategy and operational support.
