Ray Vigil is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering at PNM Resources since 2010, currently serving as Sr. Project Manager after previously holding the position of Manager, Distribution Standards. Ray holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Industrial Engineering, both from New Mexico State University.
