Noel Guajardo has over 17 years of experience in financial analysis and safety management, currently serving as a Financial Risk Analyst II at PNM Resources since July 2014. Previously, Noel held roles such as Safety First Program Manager at Builders Trust of NM and Safety Loss Control Consultant at both New Mexico Mutual and Utah Business Insurance Company. Noel's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from California State University - East Bay, obtained between 1994 and 1999.
