Tom O'Neill is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the technology and digital strategy sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Parallax since January 2018, Tom has developed a platform aimed at enhancing organizational alignment within agencies and consultancies. Concurrently, as a Board Advisor at TXI, Tom provides strategic insights for enterprise digital product innovation. Additionally, as a Co-Founder of Frebella Inc., Tom promotes community and mental health awareness through a non-profit music festival. Previously, Tom held key leadership roles at The Nerdery, transforming the organization from simple digital projects to large-scale enterprise solutions. Tom's early career involved founding Imaginative Solutions and significant contributions to software development as well as consulting in financial management systems. Tom holds a degree in Computer Science from Winona State University.
