Badreyya Al Mazrouei currently serves as the Director of Government & Travel Services at twofour54 Abu Dhabi, a role held since April 2021. Prior to this position, Badreyya was the Head of Customer Care at Etihad Airways from July 2016 to April 2021, overseeing all aspects of the contact center operations related to guest experience. Badreyya has also held significant roles such as Head of Contact Center at Dubai Trade from January 2008 to June 2016 and various positions at Etisalat from March 2000 to December 2007 focused on quality assurance and customer service. Badreyya holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and a BBA in Business Administration and Management, both obtained from Ajman University.
