Aakif Siddiqui is a Cyber Security Engineer at Two Six Technologies, where responsibilities include maintaining corporate asset security through vulnerability scanning, log management, mobile device management, and patch management since December 2021. Previously, Aakif held various positions at ASM Research, including Operations Security Planner, where operational security management was emphasized through the use of Tenable Security Center and Nessus Scanners, and Industrial Security Specialist I, focusing on responding to FireEye Endpoint Protection malware alerts. Aakif's experience also includes an internship where phishing email templates were created for security testing, along with analysis of reported phishing emails and malware alerts using Splunk. Aakif is pursuing a Master of Science in Cyber Security Engineering at George Mason University, scheduled to complete in May 2024, after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the same institution in May 2021.
