Sandhya Kambhampati is a highly experienced consultant and manager with a strong background in healthcare services and strategy. Currently serving as Principal at Two Roads Consulting since September 2021, Sandhya previously held significant roles at Kaiser Permanente, including Manager of The Permanente Medical Group Elective Services, where responsibilities included the management of elective services, P&L oversight, and developing growth strategies. Prior experience includes work as a Senior Consultant at Accenture, where Sandhya led projects focused on product strategy and post-merger integrations. Additional roles include a revenue cycle analyst at Stockamp & Associates and invaluable experiences as an MBA intern at Accenture and an associate at UCLA Health. Sandhya holds an MBA/MHSA from the University of Michigan and a BS in Biobehavioral Health from Penn State University.
