Nicole Brown is an experienced operations and program management professional currently serving as Label Services at Twitch, where responsibilities include launching label deals with major music groups and improving processes with cross-functional teams. Prior to Twitch, Nicole dedicated over a decade to The Recording Academy in various managerial roles, focusing on budget management, vendor relations, and event programming for the Los Angeles market, while also initiating mentorship programs and streamlining workflows. Earlier experience includes community outreach and media representation with AmeriCorps, as well as coordinating donations and financial education for the Economic Empowerment Initiative. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business with a minor in Africana Studies from Agnes Scott College.
