Jay Chen is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in the digital entertainment industry. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Twitch since April 2022, Jay previously held the same title at Crunchyroll from October 2018 to April 2022 and at Mediamorph from August 2016 to September 2018. Prior to specializing in product management, Jay worked as a Senior Consultant and Consulting Analyst at Deloitte between 2011 and 2016, gaining valuable insights into consultancy and project management. Early career experience includes a role as a Project Analyst in Investment Information Technology at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan. Jay Chen holds a degree from the University of Waterloo, completed in 2012.
