Dana Drofová has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.
Dana started their career in 2005 at Bus Tour Foltynova as a Technický průvodce (Technical Guide) and later became a Delegát (Delegate) until 2013.
In 2013, they joined Booking Makarska Riviera as a Manager until 2015.
From 2015 to 2017, Dana worked at Meeting Point Croatia as a Hotel representative.
Dana then transitioned to Villa Don Podgora, where they served as a Manager/Management from 2017 to 2019.
Most recently, Dana joined Twisto payments a.s. in 2020 as a Customer Care Quality Assurance Leader and later became a Customer Care Team Leader. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Care Manager, starting in July 2021.
Dana Drofová obtained a Bakalář (Bc.) degree in Politologie from the Cevro Institute in Prague. Dana also attended Střednà odborná škola profesora Švejcara, where they studied Pedagogické lyceum - Tělesná výchova, but did not complete a specific degree.
