BaÅŸar Olgun has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles.

BaÅŸar is currently working at Twiser as the Chief Technology Officer, starting in March 2023.

Before joining Twiser, BaÅŸar worked at SmartMessage from 2015 to 2023. During their time there, they held various positions such as Head of Software Development and Group Head of Software Development & Group Head of IT Operations. BaÅŸar also served as the IT Manager from September 2015 to July 2016.

Prior to their tenure at SmartMessage, BaÅŸar worked at ODC Business Solutions as a Senior Technical Architect and Software Development Unit Head from 2007 to 2015.

Before that, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Åžekerbank T.A.Åž. from December 2003 to June 2007.

Their career began at ISLEM GIS as a Software Developer from August 2002 to November 2003.

From 1998 to 2002, BaÅŸar Olgun attended Hacettepe Ãœniversitesi and earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering.
