Jennifer Freeman, M.B.A., has a diverse work experience in various companies. Jennifer started their career at Nabisco as a Customer Service Representative and played a key role in retaining Target's non-chocolate candy seasonal business. Jennifer then joined Kraft North America Commercial, where they worked as a Customer Service Coordinator and improved relationships with customers and the Sales Department. Jennifer also served as a Sales Planning Analyst, improving efficiency by automating manual tasks and supporting the creation of sales presentations. Following this, Jennifer worked at Ranir LLC as a Marketing Analyst, where they analyzed syndicated data and conducted market and trend analyses. Jennifer then joined Safilo USA as a Marketing Analyst and implemented various strategies to promote interdepartmental communication and enhance product quality and pricing. Currently, they are working at Twinings North America as a Senior Customer & Category Development Analyst.

Jennifer Freeman, M.B.A. completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Wilkes University, where they studied from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biology from Kean University, where they attended from 1991 to 1995. The Interpersonal Communication certification was obtained in November 2018, while the other two were obtained in July 2018 and July 2017, respectively.
