Jo Sharvill has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, currently serving as Global Product Owner and FP&A Functional Process Owner for Project Optimus at Twinings since November 2013. Previously, Jo represented the International Markets Business Unit on Project Optimus and managed financial planning for International Markets. Jo held various roles at Bacardi, including Senior Financial Accountant and Project Accountant, and gained valuable audit expertise at Deloitte as an Audit Manager and Audit Learning Manager. Jo also contributed as a School Governor at Halterworth Primary School and earned a BSc in Accounting and Economics from the University of Reading between 2002 and 2005.
