JAGODA SZYMANOWSKA currently serves as a Global Statistical Forecasting Analyst at Twinings since February 2023. Prior to this role, JAGODA was the Central Demand Planning Manager at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. from March 2017 to February 2023, where responsibilities included developing benchmark processes for demand planning, overseeing long-term demand outlooks, and managing forecasting systems for the EMEA and ANZ markets. Earlier positions also include Demand Planning Manager for the Nordics region at Stanley Black & Decker, where JAGODA led S&OP processes and coordinated supply chain initiatives. JAGODA started career as a Demand Planner at Newell Rubbermaid, focusing on statistical forecasts and aligning promotions with various departments, and initially worked as a Customer Service Coordinator. JAGODA holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Poznan University of Economics and Business, obtained in 2006.
