Reyad Fezzani holds extensive leadership roles across various organizations, currently serving as Lead Independent Director and Vice Chairman of the Governance Remuneration & Nominations Committee at Woodard & Curran since July 2022. As Chairman and CEO of Regenerate Power since November 2011, Fezzani also leads as Board Chairman and Executive Director at Carbon Collect Limited and as Chairman of the Board for TwingTec. Additional positions include Executive Mentor at The ExCo Group, Director at the Alliance of Chief Executives, and Advisory Board Member at the Center for Arab American Philanthropy. Fezzani previously held the role of Chairman of the Board at Energy Finance Company and Bay Area Arabic School. Anvia Holdings benefited from Fezzani's contributions as a Board Advisor until September 2023. An educational background includes a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and Chemical Technology from Imperial College London, complemented by advanced studies at prestigious institutions such as Stanford University and Harvard University.
