Ismail Tuncay has worked in various roles since 2014. ismail began as an Assistant at Ömür Printing and Packaging in 2014 and then moved to NEF as a Photographer in 2015. In 2017, they became a Logistics Manager at Young Guru Academy (YGA). In 2019, they joined WeWALK as an Operasyon Sorumlusu and currently holds the role of Operation Executive at Twin Science & Robotics since 2020.

Ismail Tuncay attended Dr.Oktay Duran Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi from 2010 to 2015. ismail then attended \u0130stanbul Aydin University from 2015 to 2021, where they earned an \u00f6n lisanas in Foto\u011fraf\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k.
