Chelsea Tracy is an experienced educator with a diverse background in special education. Currently serving as a Special Education Teacher at Twin Rivers Unified School District since May 2016, Chelsea has also contributed as an Education Specialist at California Virtual Academies from August 2020 to November 2024. Prior to these roles, Chelsea worked as a Substitute Teacher at Franklin McKinley School District and as a Student Teacher at McKinley Elementary School. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from California State University, Chico, earned between 2009 and 2013, and an Education Specialist Mod/Severe Credential from National University, obtained from 2013 to 2015.
