Marta Brosed Galán currently serves as an HR Consultant and Labor Specialist at Twin Inversors, S.L., focusing on payroll and talent acquisition since November 2022. Previously, Marta worked at Dekra HR Solutions as a Human Resources Consultant from October 2018 to March 2021, managing customer relationships, defining required profiles, conducting interviews, creating customer reports, and overseeing the onboarding process for new employees. Marta's experience also includes a role as an HR Consultant with Grupo Catalana Occidente, where responsibilities involved the selection and evaluation of profiles through psychological testing. As a recruiter at INTERNATIONAL LUXURY TRAINING, Marta evaluated and selected candidates for international crews while leveraging various sourcing platforms.
